Happy (late) Valentine's day, everyone. Just think, only two more weeks until March. Today's picture is titled Cecy meeting Count Carlos on the Castle Stairs. (Yeah, I'm really imaginative when it comes to titles.) This is the first big drawing I did on my own initiative after I'd had a couple art classes and learned how to do decent shading. I'm still really proud of it, even though I never did get the stairs quite right. (Sigh.)
I have a lot of trouble with titles, too. {Smile}

ReplyDeleteI realized later that I should've given her a less complicated tiara, though because now every time I draw Cecy I have to think about `ok, this bit twists under, and then that piece loops around...'
Maybe you need to make this her formal tiara for special occasions, or something similar. Then she could a simpler, easier to draw tiara for daily wear or something. {Smile, wink}

:) That's a good idea. Unfortunately, this is a (fairly) short story, so she has the tiara for most of it. I do enjoy drawing her tiara, I just grumble a lot whenever I do. :)
